Harcourts provide a host of opportunities to relive our victories that take place during the Harcourts quarterly awards, our end of year awards and top performer events. These occasions are key to the continued success of Harcourts. They ensure that our people not only recognise the skill and dedication required to rise to the top, but also the rewards that this work can bring.
The events are capped off with the Annual National Conference hosted in the Gold Coast, QLD. The conference is a 3 day event, held in May and open to all
Harcourts members. The event features international keynote speakers and financial workshops comparing and working alongside other businesses from around the country.
The event closes by celebrating the people who make up this great company, we have our black tie award dinner which is the must-attend event of the year.
The Harcourts Quarterly Awards is a state wide event, celebrating the successes within the group for each quarter throughout the year. Awards are given for achievements in listings, sales turnover, property management growth & service excellence. Career achievements for total sales turnover are also awarded to Harcourts agents for career sales milestones.
The event is an opportunity for the group to combine from around the state in order to gather, socialise and celebrate each others performance. The event is fundamental to growing a culture of success within the group.
The Harcourts Annual Awards is a formal 'black tie' event, landmarking the end of financial year and congratulating the top performers within the group. Awards are granted to the top 10 sales agents for the year, top property management growth and a list of office, service and culture awards from within NSW.
This well revered event is an opportunity for the state to dress up & celebrate the top
performers from the last year.
